安装了完全版的xampp，接口也没有被占用，但是Apache还是无法启动，在服务里启动提示Apache2.2启动后又停止了。不知道如何能够解决？

出現了這個問題

Error establishing a database connection

This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

* Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
* Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
* Are you sure that the database server is running?

If you’re unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums.

以前用xp的时候一直是用iis 的isapi 配置 php 来运行php，现在装了win7 用fastcgi 配置php运行的时候，发现速度相当慢，灰常不爽，不知道有没有什么解解决方案，本地测试还不如我空间运行速度快。

实在不行我也用用 XAMPP
