This post list all translations of WordPress Related Posts Plugin.
Please create a folder name 'lang' in the plugin folder and put translate file to the folder.

Por cierto, aunque las instrucciones no lo dicen, para que la traducción funcione es necesario crear un subdirectorio llamado “lang” dentro del directorio en el que instales el WP Related Posts. No basta con copiar la traducción al directorio.
